Ajman Academy promotes a community spirit with maximum cooperation between parents and the school.
Everyone works to ensure that the educational and social needs of the child are identified and satisfied to offer children the best possible start in life.
We are lucky that within the Ajman and local community many people and organisations are dedicated to supporting the school to engage in working partnerships that bring many benefits to our students.
Parent Student Teacher Meetings
Twice a year, parents are invited to discuss their children’s progress with the class teachers.
Parent Presentations
The school organises parent presentations and information sessions on educational topics in both English and Arabic. Parents are invited to attend and share the school philosophy and programme.
Parent Support Group
The PSG at Ajman Academy supports the school by helping in the organisation of school events, to plan and organise special national events and act as an additional channel of communication between parents, teachers and the school leadership team.
Student-led conferences
Parents are invited to attend student-led conferences where the children present their year’s work. Student-led conferences give valuable insight into the learning process. This makes the academic activities more transparent and understandable and gives a better idea as to what the children are learning at school.
National Day
We welcome all parents and families are invited each year to attend our National Day event. Families of students participating in the show attend the auditorium, and all parents are free to enjoy the activities available on the day with their children.
Primary Assemblies
Throughout the academic year, each grade will present and display their understanding of what they have learnt through the previous unit of inquiry. This event takes place in our auditorium and includes singing and dancing
PYP Exhibition
In the student’s final year of the PYP (Grade 5), they are expected to take part in an exhibition. The subject of the exhibition should be a real-life issue or problem, local or global that is of sufficient scope and sequence to warrant an extended investigation. This allows unity between students, teachers, parents and other members of the school community in a collaborative experience that incorporates the essential elements of the PYP.
Sports Days & other school events
Parents from all grades are invited to attend our annual sports day events as well as other grade level events and celebrations such as Mothers Day, Father Day, Flag Day, Book Fair, University and Science fairs and many more.
Corporate Social Responsibility

Community Events
Ajman Academy students are fortunate to attend a plethora of events that take place in Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai & Abu Dhabi:
- Wednesday, November 14th, 2018 with the corporation of Ajman Health Zone, Ajman Educational Zone students will participate in the Ajman Marina Walk for World Diabetes Day.
- Arabic Language Protection Associations Primary students to participate in the play of HH Maryam Saqer Al Qassimi “Where do the Arabic letters Disappear”. Thursday, November 15th, 2018.
- HH Mohammed Bin Rashid Initiatives.
- Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services events and activities along with AJAC students.
- AJAC secondary students participate and perform at the Ajman University Global Day.
- Municipality Environmental Conference, students act as volunteer “organisers” (December 2018).
- The International Special Olympic 2019 in Abu Dhabi from March 14th, – 21st, 2019.
- Qura’an Competition by MOE (March, April 2019).
