The D6 communicator is the main source of information on general news at school, school-wide events and alerts. It also houses the school calendar and important documents and policies. We also regularly update the official school social media pages with photographs and events happening in and around the school community. At Ajman Academy, we are pleased to offer both a sibling discount and scholarship programme.  The sibling discount starts at 10% of the youngest child's tuition fee. The scholarship programme is available to new applications from Grade 4 to Grade 12.  Students wishing to apply for the scholarship are required to sit the CAT 4 during registration, and the available discount ranges from 10 - 30 %. Ajman Academy is located in the Mowaihat / Tallah 2 / Ajman Industrial area near the Al Tallah Camel Racecourse in Ajman.  We are easily accessible to traffic coming from Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah as we are a couple of minutes from the E311 / Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd. Our Parent Support Group at Ajman Academy is a very active and valuable member of our school. Throughout the academic year, a very proactive group of parents organise and run a variety of events including coffee mornings, fun days, socials to bring together the parents, teachers and students of our community.
The school employs a full-time nurse and a part-time doctor, and we have two clinics available across both campuses. The school's nurse’s responsibilities include:
  • Providing acute, chronic and emergency care;
  • Assessing student health status, health appraisals;
  • Educating students to promote health and safety;
  • Identifying problems, making referrals and administrating medicines.
 
If your child is absent from school, please contact the school office before the start of the school day to inform your class teacher that they will be absent. You can also email your child’s class teacher directly.
We provide highly efficient and thoroughly safe bus service to Ajman and neighbouring emirates, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Sharjah and Dubai. Bus transportation is not available to return students home if they are attending ECA's.

We offer ECAs to students from Pre-KG (external only) through to Grade 12. All students are encouraged to participate, as ECAs are an essential element of our educational programme.  We offer a  variety of ECAs, and they are designed to supplement and extend the work that students do in the classroom. We provide a wide range of extra curriculum activities such as football, basketball, swimming, cooking class, yoga, Zumba, gymnastics, drama, Islamic studies, volleyball, handwriting (Arabic & English), arts, music, photography, dancing, badminton, environmental studies, robotics, tennis & taekwondo.   We also select team members to join our football, basketball and swimming teams at the primary and secondary level for local competitions.

We accept applications via our website.  You are requested to complete the online application form which is submitted directly to the admissions team.   Please click here to access the application form or   visit: http://www.ajmanacademy.com Once your application is received, a member of our admissions team will be in contact with further details on the registration process. We invite all new families to come and visit during the admissions process, take a tour of Ajman Academy, meet the teachers and get a first-hand feel for the educational setting of the school. All applicants are required to undertake an assessment test upon completion of which they can be made an offer of a place at the school with no extra conditions, made a conditional offer of acceptance or, in some cases, where we deem that our school cannot serve the best interests of a student, the application can be declined. We notify parents of the outcome of their child(ren)’s placement test within 5 – 7 days; in some rare cases where additional assessment is required, the decision will take longer.  Please click here for further information.
English and Arabic are the two main languages taught at school. The maximum number of children per class is 25, which make us unique to other schools with larger classes.  We can offer a considerably more personalised approach.
